Mekar99 Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide Using Our Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mekar99 platform, accessible via the website mekar99.asia and all associated subdomains ("Platform"). This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mekar99 ("Company", "we", "us").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any service provided by mekar99, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms. This agreement is final and comprehensive.

These Terms apply solely to your use of the mekar99 Platform and do not affect any legal rights you hold under applicable Malaysian law. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any applicable local law, the local law shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.

To register and use the mekar99 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years on the date of registration
• Is legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement
• Not appearing on any gambling exclusion list maintained by a relevant regulatory body
• Register only one single account – multiple accounts are strictly prohibited
• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration
• Not registering on behalf of any third party or using a false identity

Mekar99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, including a copy of your national ID, utility bill, or Malaysian bank statement. Failure to provide the requested documents within 7 working days may result in a temporary suspension or closure of your account.

You agree to notify mekar99 promptly of any changes to your registration details, particularly your phone number and email address. mekar99 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from outdated or inaccurate information.

Mekar99 only accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. mekar99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is found to have been made by a third party, mekar99 reserves the right to return the funds and suspend the account pending further verification.

Mekar99 is not responsible for any deposit delays or failures caused by technical issues on the part of your bank or eWallet provider. In such cases, please contact mekar99 CS with proof of payment for assistance.

Withdrawals from your mekar99 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as the mekar99 account
• All active bonus rollover requirements must be fully completed before any withdrawal
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed
• Mekar99 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000

Withdrawal processing time is typically between 15 minutes to 1 hour during normal operating hours. Withdrawals made outside of office hours or on Malaysian public holidays may take longer to process.

VIP members are entitled to higher daily withdrawal limits depending on their membership tier. Diamond VIP members enjoy unlimited daily withdrawals, while Bronze members are subject to a daily limit of RM 5,000. Mekar99 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated with each offer, AND the following general terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per individual, per account, per IP address, and per device
• Welcome bonuses are for new members only — existing members are not eligible to claim them

• Bonus value cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash

Users who attempt to exploit the bonus structure by placing low-risk bets solely to meet rollover requirements (commonly known as "bonus abuse") will be found in violation of these terms. mekar99 employs both automated and manual detection systems to identify such activity.

All games available on mekar99 – including video slots, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger), Sports Betting, badminton, fishing games, and other titles – are subject to the following rules:

• All game results are final once a round is completed – no appeals will be accepted for valid outcomes
• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited

• Bets placed during a technical disruption may be voided and funds returned

Mekar99 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or Live Chat. If you receive any such request claiming to be from mekar99, please disregard it and report it to our CS team immediately.

In cases of serious violations, any balance or winnings in the account may be forfeited without compensation. mekar99's decision in such matters is final. You may close your account at any time upon request by contacting mekar99 CS – any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, mekar99 is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of game or betting outcomes
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure)
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
• Technical issues on the part of the bank or eWallet provider that affect transactions
• User-generated content or information received from third parties

Mekar99's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim, or RM 1,000, whichever is lower. This limitation applies in full under all circumstances, except for liability arising from death or personal injury caused by mekar99's negligence.

Mekar99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at mekar99's sole discretion. Any amendments will:

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms and all disputes arising from or relating to the use of the mekar99 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any dispute.

Before bringing any dispute to court, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through the following process:

• Step 2: If unresolved within 5 business days, escalate the matter to mekar99 management
• Step 3: If the matter remains unresolved after 14 days, it will be referred to mutually agreed arbitration for settlement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
